Though our core operations are based on online sanction of building plans, we liaise with many architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, PHE, fire consultants, etc., so we can link them to clients whenever they are required.
With the introduction of Smart DCR, the drawing correction method has become very efficient. But still the online sanction process in a whole is quite lengthy and tedious. Our goal is to maintain transparency in our work and ensure the minimum possible completion time.
Our core service area is the sanction of building plans in the WBOBPAS platform through the Smart DCR web application. This includes all steps starting from client registration, consultant registration (if required), arranging and organizing the documents sent by the client, and uploading of the plans (if not done by the consultants themselves). We also provide support and guidance to both clients and consultants to facilitate the smooth completion of the process.
Moreover, we have relations with several consultants, whom the owner or developer can appoint if needed. We act as a one-point contact and build a building from scratch to completion.
